Refund policy

At ClevHome, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Used or damaged items are not eligible for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How to Return: Contact us at bogislavivanov@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Important Note: As we ship internationally, delivery times may vary between 15–30 business days depending on your location. Please keep this in mind before requesting a return due to shipping delays.
